In 2016 Adam Fidler, co-creator of the Professional Master for Executive Assistants programme and founder of Adam Fidler Academy shared a post on social media. It was a brief outline of how he saw the modern Executive Assistant operating and the shift in mindset he deemed a requirement to not only excel but survive on the fast-moving global job market.
He titled the post The Executive Assistant Manifesto.
Little did he realize what an impact it would have on the industry and +1 million views later it has reached colleagues in every corner of the world.
In the Professional Master for Executive Assistants programme we go into depth about the fundamental meaning of this manifesto, and what actual, tangible abilities and competencies we can outline – and start to further practice – based on this text’s general ambition and direction.
In the Professional Master for Executive Assistants programme we also connect with Adan Fidler on a podcast recording to listen to his personal story about the creation of the manifesto, and how he sees its evolution in to the next-generation role of an Executive Assistant.
